They are equipped with a 3-shot 21g filter basket. It helps to control and diagnose the flow and extraction of espresso shots, guaranteeing a pure espresso result with a great crema. It can therefore serve as an amazing and indispensable espresso tool for training purposes, as "channeling" (uneven water distribution) occurs when the coffee grounds are not evenly compressed/pressed in the filter.
