Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that shipping rates for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of each such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.We ship within the USA using USPS and FedEx.

Delivery time for all orders with destination outside the USA and Canada, (like Europe, Taiwan or Brazil and almost all other countries) can take up to 15 business days! Orders are shipped with DHL Prime from our headquarters in Germany.

Returns Policy

You can simply return an unopened or unused item to the following address:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier, but in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the time it takes for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply send an email to info@joefrex.com. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. If everything about the return is clear, we will then notify the warehouse about your incoming returned item. Once the item is received, your money will be refunded.
