MauiSU Light Muscovado: The Natural Raw Cane Sugar with Fine Caramel and Toffee Notes

Light Muscovado is the classic among natural unrefined raw cane sugars, produced in the traditional way from sugar cane in Mauritius. The light brown soft moist sugar has small sugar crystals and a warm honey color due to its aromatic syrup residues. It convinces with its taste through a well-rounded range of brittle and toffee tones. Light Muscovado gives both coffee and tea as well as caramel sauces and desserts like tiramisu a unique dimension. Moist sugars can dry out due to their natural state. Should the sugar become too hard, simply place a damp cloth over it overnight and the sugar will become soft again.
