Delivery Time
As a rule, we process and ship your order within 24 hours on business days. Within Germany, the standard delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days. For deliveries to other European countries, please allow about 3 to 7 business days.
Account Creation
Simply click on the “My Account” icon in the top right navigation and select “Register”. Choose between retailer and end customer, then enter your email address and your details. Set a secure password, and your account is ready to use.
Change of Address
For future orders, you can easily update your address in your customer account under the “Addresses” menu. Important: If you have already placed an order and need to change the address retrospectively, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. As long as the parcel has not yet left our warehouse, we can manually adjust the delivery address for you.
Shipping Destinations
We ship our products worldwide. Whether Germany, the rest of the EU, or non-EU countries – simply add your desired items to your shopping cart and select your destination country at checkout. The corresponding shipping options and costs will then be calculated for you directly and transparently.
Packaging & Partial Deliveries
For the sake of the environment and to keep shipping costs low, we always endeavor to ship your entire order bundled in a single package. If, in exceptional cases, an item has a longer delivery time and we need to make a partial delivery, we will of course inform you in advance.
