This stainless steel espresso knock drawer impresses with its sleek appearance and high quality. Both the outer housing and the internal drawer are crafted entirely from stainless steel, welded, and polished. The black knock bar consists of a solid aluminum core with a food-grade silicone coating. Designed for home baristas and medium-duty requirements.

Assembly Tip: Cut open and remove the old silicone sleeve, then slide the new silicone onto the aluminum bar using a bit of water and soap.
Maintenance Tip for Silicone: Although the silicone bars are dishwasher safe, they may become brittle over time or feel slightly sticky depending on the detergent used. We use a specific silicone hardness and thickness designed to protect the rim of your filter basket from dents while keeping noise to a minimum. However, the bar must remain firm enough for the coffee puck to drop out effectively. Excessive force when knocking can significantly shorten the lifespan of the silicone and may cause it to split.
