Why / When do I need an overpressure hole in my food bucket?
The 0.2mm diameter hole, which we laser into the lids, is so small that it only allows gas to escape during the degassing of freshly roasted beans when overpressure occurs, but does not allow any further air exchange beyond that.

- Please do not use water: Tinplate is a natural material that is sensitive to moisture. Water can lead to rust formation.
- Dry clean only: Simply use a dry, soft cloth or a clean brush for cleaning. This easily removes dust and flour residue.
- Stubborn dirt: If damp cleaning should ever be necessary, wipe the bucket with a barely damp cloth only. Dry it immediately and thoroughly afterwards (e.g., with a hairdryer or in a warm place).
