HOW DO YOU FOAM MILK PERFECTLY?

It is important that your milk is always cold and fresh! Choose the right size from our jugs (12oz/20oz/32oz/48oz). Note that you cannot reuse milk that has already been steamed if you want to achieve a perfect result. The two main phases of milk steaming are the stretching phase, in which air is supplied, and the rolling phase, in which the air mixes with the milk and the fine microfoam is created. Make sure not to heat the milk foam above 65°C.

Our milk frothers are perfectly designed and shaped to help you create smooth milk foam for cappuccinos and lattes. The spouts are ideal for latte art on cappuccinos.

All of our JoeFrex milk jugs are made of solid stainless steel. The colored jugs are powder-coated to make frothing and cleaning easier and to distinguish between different types of milk.
