These varieties are characterized by a caramel-like aroma with different flavors and uses as a delicious ingredient for many foods and drinks. MauiSU offers you first-class natural sugar, especially with the fine moist sugar varieties Light Muscovado and Dark Muscovado. Due to the moist molasses still attached, these sugar variants also contain valuable minerals, iron, magnesium and calcium as well as B vitamins.
