Tamper Base Knock
All base parts of the KNOCK Tamper Base series have a flat surface for pressing the espresso and are made of solid stainless steel on a CNC lathe.
Why the term Knock?
After the first tap of the espresso, tap lightly on the side of the portafilter. "knock", which causes all the espresso powder on the side of the edge to fall into the portafilter. Then tamping takes place again. So that the tamper base does not have to be used for this light blow on the portafilter, which could lead to damage to the soft portafilter, or even the wooden handle, you can now use the silicone ring integrated into the base. We have protected this invention legally.
The base FLAT base can be combined with the handles: TECHNIQUE / EXCLUSIVE / POP / ELEGANCE / CLASSIC.
Please leave the rubber washer supplied with the TECHNIQUE, POP AND CLASSIC handles!
