NATURAL cleaning is the new cleaning series that aims to offer you products that are as “non-toxic” as possible.
There are good reasons for this: What if the products end up in the hands of children? What if the user becomes distracted and the cleaners are not removed or rinsed out properly? Could some cleaning agents get into the espresso or cappuccino? What happens to all the cleaners in the wastewater and the environment? And so we are of the opinion that in order to avoid all of these things, small compromises in effectiveness are acceptable. The goal is not to produce less toxic substances, but rather products that are not harmful in the first place.

Another new product from our own “Natural Cleaning Series” is our grinder cleaner for espresso grinders.
The Natural-Grind mill cleaner developed and produced by us is a top product based entirely on nature. This means that we use a mixture of different types of grain and natural products so that you can quickly and easily clean the dead space in your coffee grinder.
What is special about Natural Grind? Why can't I just clean my mill with rice according to the old "grandmother principle"? Well, that worked under the conditions that a coffee grinder from “back then” had. Today's espresso grinders simply get stuck or no longer start if you stop in between, which would result in a laborious unscrewing process.
The trick is to create a mill cleaner in which the mill does not stall, but the dead space is cleaned as comprehensively and thoroughly as possible and, above all, the grinding degree setting does not change, which would otherwise require the mill to be readjusted.
How do I clean my coffee grinder?
1. Empty the bean container, let the remaining coffee beans drain and pre-clean as much as possible with a grinder brush.
2. Set the grinder to a "medium grind" before cleaning - this will prevent the grinding setting from shifting.
3. After approx. 40g of CleanGrind has gone through, you can add coffee beans again.
Please dispose of the first ground coffee with the remaining cleaner.
Particles of the cleaner may still appear during the first grinding processes, but this will not affect the taste of your espresso, but the oily and possibly rancid coffee fats that have been removed will now guarantee a deliciously fresh cappuccino or espresso enjoyment.
How often should I clean my coffee grinder?
It's difficult to say exactly how often you should clean your coffee grinder because it depends on how much coffee you grind in it. Our recommendation is the following: At home once a week; In the catering area every day
Natural Grind offers you the following advantages:
1. Top price-performance ratio thanks to in-house production
2. Simple handling and dosing
3. Available in household and catering sizes
Attention at Eurekamühlen:
These grinders have a very fine grinding degree adjustment, which means that you can turn the grinding degree adjustment from fine/espresso to coarse/filter coffee not just once by 360°, but multiple times by 360°.
That's why you won't achieve a medium grind if you only turn 90° from fine/espresso towards coarse! It is better to keep turning it up so that you can achieve a medium to coarse grind, otherwise the grinder will easily become clogged.
